
Terms of Service for MB Tax Accounting

Welcome to MB Tax Accounting! We are delighted to offer you our comprehensive accounting services. Please review the following terms and conditions before proceeding:
1. Services Provided:
MB Tax Accounting provides a wide range of accounting services, including but not limited to:
- Monthly accounting
- Sales tax reporting
- New business registration with the IRS and the State of Florida
- Payroll services
- Business tax preparation
- Individual tax preparation
- ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) application assistance
- Yearly accounting, if required
2. Payment Terms:
For engagements involving a full year of accounting and tax services provided together, we require half of the total payment upfront before commencing work. The remaining balance is due upon completion and delivery of the work.

3. Payment Methods:
We accept payments via Zelle, Cash App, Square, credit and debit cards, and cash if you visit us in our office. Please ensure payments are made promptly to avoid delays in service delivery.
4. Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel their engagement with MB Tax Accounting at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- A full refund will be provided if cancellation occurs before work begins.
- A partial refund may be provided if cancellation occurs after work has commenced but before completion, at the discretion of MB Tax Accounting.
- No refund will be issued if cancellation occurs after the work is completed.
5. Confidentiality:
MB Tax Accounting respects the confidentiality of client financial information and will not disclose any client data to third parties unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability:
MB Tax Accounting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the services provided. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services.
